No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We use a mobile number only to send the text messages the person agreed to receive: invoices, payment links, payment reminders and receipts from the merchant they do business with, and responses to HELP and STOP requests. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver those messages on our behalf (such as our SMS carrier partner), who may use them solely to provide that service.

We keep a record of each opt-in and opt-out (the number, the date and time, where consent was given, and the wording agreed to) so we can honor your choices and demonstrate consent. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS terms.

• Merchant account information: business name, contact details, login credentials and settings.
• Customer information provided by merchants or customers: name, email address, mobile number and company, and the invoices, payment links and messages associated with them.
• Payment information: payment amount, status and method type. Card and bank details are entered into the payment processor’s secure fields or hosted pages and are handled by that processor; we receive only tokens and limited details such as payment status.
• Usage and device information: IP address, browser type and activity such as when an invoice is viewed or paid, used to operate the service, prevent fraud and keep records of consent.

• To provide the service: create and deliver invoices, payment links, reminders and receipts, and process payments through the merchant’s processor.
• To send the email and text messages people have agreed to receive, and to honor opt-out requests.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, such as card-testing on public payment pages.
• To provide AI-assisted features to merchants, such as drafting invoices and reminders and answering payer questions.
• To maintain security, comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only:

• With the merchant you are doing business with, who controls their customer records.
• With service providers that operate the service on our behalf, including payment processors chosen by the merchant, SMS and email delivery providers, hosting and database providers, and AI model providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users, merchants and the public.
• In connection with a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

As stated above, mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We protect information with measures including encryption in transit, encryption of payment processor credentials at rest, hashed passwords and API keys, and restricted database access. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep records of payments and consent, and meet legal obligations.
