Do you charge a percentage of my payments?+
No. MerchantLink plans are a flat monthly price. Processing fees are charged by the processor you connect (Stripe, Square, PayPal and others) at your own negotiated rates, and paid to them directly.
What happens if I send more texts than my plan includes?+
Additional text messages are billed at $0.02 each. Email is unlimited on every plan.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade when you need more, or move down a plan. Your invoices, links and customers stay exactly where they are.
Do I need a processor to start?+
No. Every plan includes the built-in sandbox, so you can create invoices and links and take test payments before connecting a processor.
I run lots of volume through AI agents. Is there a plan for that?+
Business includes unlimited API keys for AI assistants. Usage-based pricing for very high API volume is planned.
